ROLL Plating

Unmatched Hardness (Hv1100): Possesses higher hardness than standard hard chrome plating, drastically minimizing wear volume.

Release Properties & Corrosion Resistance: Low friction coefficient combined with optimized micro-crack (hair crack) density prevents material adhesion and offers extreme resistance to corrosive agents.

MOLD Plating

Our proprietary engineering strictly controls Co (Cobalt) content above 80% to successfully synthesize an HCP (Hexagonal Close-Packed) crystal structure. This structure yields dramatically lower wear and superior thermal resistance compared to standard FCC (Face-Centered Cubic) configurations, exponentially extending the operational lifespan of continuous casting molds.

Applied directly to Coater Rolls and Press Rolls in direct contact with aggressive electrode slurries, guaranteeing reproducible production quality free of micro-dimensional deviations.

Paper Manufacturing

Ni-based alloy and hard chrome overlays designed to ensure absolute corrosion resistance under high-humidity, high-moisture processing environments and prevent critical paper aesthetic defects (such as streaks).

Secures surface topology stability for Wet Section and Calender rolls to support continuous, downtime-free plant operations.

Maintenance & Refurbishment: Re-plating and precision re-grinding of depleted or worn rolls to completely restore performance to a brand-new component level, delivering a highly cost-effective asset management solution.
